Blackridge Gold Project

Overview

Blackridge is a bulk open-cut gold project located within the Clermont gold district of Central Queensland. The Project covers approximately 157km² of granted Mining Leases and Exploration Permits across a 23-kilometre mineralised palaeochannel system.

The Project hosts an existing 300tph gravity processing plant capable of processing approximately 1.8Mtpa, with no requirement for chemical reagents, crushing or blasting under the proposed mining approach. AML Metals currently owns the processing plant and associated site infrastructure at Blackridge.

Historical production from the broader Blackridge and surrounding palaeochannel systems exceeds 185,000 ounces of gold, with historical underground workings reporting localised high-grade zones within selectively mined areas.

AML Metals is progressing a structured exploration and technical review programme designed to support definition of a JORC-compliant Mineral Resource and recommencement of Stage 1 production operations. Mining operations are intended to utilise contract mining equipment and third-party contractor arrangements.
