TONY MONAGHAN
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Tony Monaghan has almost 25 years of Natural resources industry experience, He is an accountant and a corporate governance professional, a graduate of the CPA and AICD and the CSA, with an MBA and MSc in strategy. Tony has held CFO, CEO and directorship positions in various mining services and production companies with a presence in all Australian states and territories working in Gold, Coal, Lithium and Iron ore.
DAVID MCKENZIE
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
David is an established mining professional with 30 years industry experience across base metals and iron ore processing as well as open pit mining operations. He has held senior management and statutory positions within natural resources companies.
TONY FORD
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Tony has over forty years of mining and resource development experience through his positions in Engineering and Project Development for Normandy Mining, Western Mining, BHP, Shell Coal/Anglo American, Comalco and Mount Gibson Iron.
He has also held Construction and Operational roles, including exploration to production of Greenfields mine sites and worked extensively with commodities including iron ore, copper, zinc, gold, bauxite, nickel and coal.
DAVID IZZARD
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
David is a multi-disciplinary executive
with strong expertise in strategy, financial and
commercial management across ASX-listed and private companies.
A founding director and shareholder of several successful ASX-listed entities, he brings over 25 years’ experience in the Australian mining industry and has served on the boards of Metallium Ltd (ASX:MTM), Forrestania Resources Ltd (ASX:FRS) and Besra Gold Inc (ASX:BEZ).
ANTHONY LATIMER
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Anthony is a corporate and commercial lawyer with 40 years’ experience in M&A and corporate advisory across the energy, mining, agriculture and transport sectors. He spent 20 years at leading global legal firms and is currently a partner at Kardos Scanlan. Anthony advises on corporate law, governance, foreign ownership, joint ventures and structuring, and currently serves as a director on various boards including Kingsland Minerals Ltd (ASX:KNG) and APC Spatium Royalties Ltd.
