Copper Co

CopperCo International is advancing a fully permitted, strategically located copper processing project, with high grade ore supplied from various sources. The processing facility is located in Isabel, Leyte Province in the Philippines, one of the world’s most resource-rich yet underdeveloped mining jurisdictions.

With an estimated US$1 trillion in untapped mineral reserves and only 5% explored to date, the Philippines presents a significant opportunity for CopperCo to secure long-term supply in an emerging copper hotspot. Backed by the Marcos Jr. administration’s pro-mining reforms and heightened demand for energy transition metals, CopperCo is positioned to rapidly generate cash-flow while scaling production to meet rising global copper demand.

Blackridge Gold Mine

The Blackridge Gold Mine is a fully permitted and operating open-cut gold mine located in Central Queensland. The project comprises multiple granted Mining Leases and surrounding Exploration Permits, providing both near-term production capability and near-mine exploration upside. Blackridge is currently producing gold through a low-cost gravity processing circuit and benefits from established on-site infrastructure.

Stage 1 operations are focused on optimising existing mining and processing capacity to deliver near-term production and cash flow, providing Aureus with exposure to an operating gold asset supported by existing infrastructure and demonstrated production capability, ahead of a proposed ASX IPO. (Binding term sheet signed, finalisation of transaction on completion of due diligence). Key aspects, current operations and production data have been independently reviewed by Hawker Geological Services in accordance with JORC (2012).
